All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS and require a signature upon delivery.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Warranty period is 30 days from purchase date
A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns that are tested working/not defective
All returns must be in new condition (no physical or cosmetic damage) and must include all the original packaging and parts - no modifications will be accepted. Warranty seals must be intact or warranty is void
Serial number must match to the serial number shipped
Speakers/driver/tweeters with burnt/frozen voice coils are not warrantied.
Amplifiers that are returned and deemed defective from improper installation or use are not warrantied.
We reserve the right to replace or repair or send parts for any in warranty item at our discretion.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
